Acceptable Use Policy

1. Personal use and account access

This policy is part of your agreement with ClinBound LLC. Use your account for your own educational planning. Do not sell or rent access, share credentials to pool Pro allowances, impersonate someone, or use another applicant’s account. Accessibility tools and assistance you are legally entitled to use are not prohibited merely because they involve assistive technology.

2. Your information and other people’s rights

Only upload information you own or have authority to use and share. Do not upload patient names, contact details, medical-record numbers, identifiable patient stories, full Social Security numbers, payment credentials, or unrelated confidential records. Removing a name alone may not de-identify a patient story.

Do not submit another person’s transcript, private recommendation letter, employer document, or protected exam material without permission. Do not use ClinBound to infringe intellectual property, harass others, facilitate unlawful discrimination, commit fraud, or produce unlawful or harmful material. ClinBound is not a clinical records system.

3. Academic honesty

Do not fabricate courses, grades, test scores, activity hours, patient encounters, or recommendations. Do not use the service to cheat on an examination or misrepresent authorship. Follow the relevant school or application service’s rules for AI assistance and required disclosure. Interview practice and feedback are preparation aids, not permission to invent experiences.

4. Content and permitted exports

Do not bulk-scrape or republish protectable ClinBound content, bypass access controls, commercially resell the service or its content, or use unauthorized automated access to extract the dataset. Do not use protected content to train a competing product without permission. These restrictions do not claim exclusive rights in public facts or override fair use, open-source licenses, lawful interoperability, or other rights the law preserves.

You may export and use your own information. Contact us about legitimate research, accessibility, or authorized integration needs rather than bypassing access controls.

5. Security and responsible reports

Do not access another user’s information, exploit a vulnerability, disrupt the service, distribute malware, probe production systems without authorization, or evade payment, rate, token, or usage limits through alternate accounts or other means.

If you accidentally discover a security issue, stop accessing affected information, avoid copying or exposing other people’s data, and report the minimum necessary details to support@clinbound.com. This reporting channel is not authorization for penetration testing and does not promise a bounty.

6. Reports, enforcement, and review

We may take proportionate action, including warning, restricting a feature, removing prohibited content, or suspending or terminating an account. Urgent safety, security, or legal circumstances may require action without advance notice. We will explain the action when lawful and practical, and you may request review by emailing support.

For a copyright or rights concern, identify the material, its location, your basis for the concern, and a contact method. This does not claim that we have registered a statutory copyright agent or that a particular legal safe harbor applies.

Enforcement does not remove cancellation, privacy-request, or non-waivable consumer rights. Good-faith complaints, honest reviews, and reports to regulators are not prohibited. Billing treatment follows the Terms and applicable law, not an automatic forfeiture of every paid right.
